1. Information We Collect
We collect your name, email address, business name, and WhatsApp number when you sign up. We also collect your Google Business Profile data (reviews and replies) when you connect your account.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to generate AI-powered review responses, send WhatsApp notifications for approval, and improve our service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers in the Singapore region. Google OAuth tokens are encrypted and used solely to read and reply to your business reviews.
4. AI Processing
Review text and your business details are sent to Anthropic (Claude AI) to generate responses. Anthropic does not use this data to train their models under our API agreement. If you use the AI visibility check (reveaxa.com/geo), the brand name, competitor names and questions you enter are sent to Google (Gemini API) to see whether it mentions your business.
5. WhatsApp Notifications
Your WhatsApp number is used exclusively to send you review notifications and response previews via AiSensy (Meta WhatsApp Business API). We do not send marketing messages without consent.
6. Your Rights
You may export your data, request deletion of your account and all associated data, or disconnect Google/WhatsApp at any time from Settings → Danger Zone.
7. Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in and are always on. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics cookies (_ga) to count visits and see which pages are useful; they are not used for advertising. You choose on your first visit and can change your choice at any time with the button below.
8. Enquiries and people who write to us
If you fill in an enquiry, waitlist or contact form on this site (including the forms in our blog posts and free tools), we store the details you type (name, mobile number or email, business name, city, your message) and the page you used it on. You tick a box to agree to be contacted about that service, and we use the details only to reply about that service. Only Reveaxa staff can see them. We keep them for 12 months, then delete them. You can ask us to show, correct or delete them, or withdraw your agreement, by emailing hello@reveaxa.com; we answer within 7 days.
9. Business details from public pages
We may note the name, business phone, business email and address that a business has published for customers on its own website or page, and write to that business once or twice about our service. We do not buy lists, we do not copy personal profiles, and we do not message people on WhatsApp or call them unless they have replied to us. Every message has a clear way to say stop, and when you do we stop the same day and keep only a note not to contact you again.
