1. Acceptance
By using Reveaxa, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Reveaxa is an AI-powered review management platform that generates responses to Google Business Profile reviews and facilitates WhatsApp-based approval. The service requires a valid Google Business Profile account.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use the service only for legitimate business review management and not to generate false, misleading, or spam reviews.
4. Payment & Subscriptions
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with Pro features; no card is needed and nothing is charged when it ends. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Razorpay and renew unless cancelled. 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not happy within 14 days of your first payment, request a full refund from Billing and we will refund it to your original payment method. The guarantee applies once per account. Prices include GST.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated review responses are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all responses before they are posted to Google. Reveaxa is not liable for the content of approved responses.
6. Google API Usage
We access your Google Business Profile solely to read reviews and post approved replies. We do not modify your business profile, photos, or any other data.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Reveaxa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
10. Our content and copying
The text, guides, designs, software and brand of Reveaxa (including reveaxa.com, /geo and /ai-tools) belong to Reveaxa and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, scrape in bulk, republish, sell, or use them to build a competing product without our written permission. Quoting a short excerpt with a clear link back to the original page is welcome, and search engines and AI assistants may quote short excerpts with attribution. The reviews and data you bring, and the replies you approve, remain yours. To report copying of our content, or to ask permission, email hello@reveaxa.com.
